中演演出院线发展有限责任公司是中国对外文化集团有限公司旗下负责剧院运营与管理、演出策划与制作、艺术交流与内容孵化的综合性文化企业,于200912月在中宣部、原文化部、财政部的大力支持与指导下正式组建,201059日在广州正式启动,2021年随中国对外文化集团有限公司整体划转至紫荆文化集团有限公司。

CPAA Theatres development Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive cultural enterprise affiliated with China Arts and Entertainment Group Ltd. (CAEG), specializing in theater operations and management, performance planning and production, artistic exchange and content incubation. In December 2009, CPAA Theatres was formally established under the support and guidance of the Publicity Department of CPC Central Committee, Ministry of Culture and Tourism (formerly Ministry of Culture) and Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China. Afterwards, a grand opening ceremony was held in Guangzhou on May 9, 2010. Since 2021, as one of the four major sections of CAEG, it is managed by Bauhinia Culture Group Corporation Limited.

中演院线以“创新、卓越、引领、共赢”为基本理念,秉持“市场化、标准化、集约化、品牌化”的运营理念,致力于构建集创作、制作、演出、管理、服务于一体的全产业链运营体系。通过“思想建设、制度建设、剧院拓展、创意创作、品牌建设、一带一路、文旅融合、人才建设、平台建设、资本运营”等重点发展的“十大工程”系统推进院线网络扩展、品牌建设、内容创新与国际合作,逐步形成了五大业务平台:剧院运营平台、国际文化交流平台、内容平台、票务与信息平台以及文化设施建设咨询平台。中演院线及旗下涵盖众多海内外直营剧院与遍布全国各省市的加盟剧院,共同构建起辐射广泛的演艺生态网络。

CPAA Theatres adheres to the fundamental philosophy of “innovation, excellence, leadership and win-win”, and upholds the operational principles of “marketization, standardization, intensification and branding”.  It is committed to building a full-chain operation system integrating creation, production, performance, management and service. Focusing on the implementation of the “Ten Major Projects” namely ideological construction, system construction, theatre development, creative production, brand building, Belt and Road project, culture and tourism integration, talent training, platform construction and capital operation, CPAA Theatres has systematically advanced  network expansion, brand building, content innovation and international cooperation. Through these efforts, CPAA Theatres has gradually formed five major business platforms: the theater operation platform, the international cultural exchange platform, the content platform, the ticketing and information platform, and the cultural facility construction consultation platform.  Together with its numerous domestic and overseas directly-operated theaters and affiliated theaters across provinces and cities in China CPAA Theatres has built a far-reaching performing arts ecological network.

在剧院管理方面,中演院线着力打造“五型剧院”——生产型、营销型、品牌型、中心型与智慧型剧院,旗下剧院多数为所在地区的文化地标和艺术名片,硬件设施先进、运营经验丰富。中演院线自广州起步,十多年来持续深耕粤港澳大湾区,形成以广深为轴心,联动港澳,辐射全国的演艺版图。同时,积极布局“中演汇”系列演艺新空间与中小型剧场,探索演艺新业态,完善全链条发展生态。

In terms of theatre management, CPAA Theatres strives to develop “five-sphere theatres” characterized by “high productivity, excellent marketing, leading brand, centralized management and high-technology.” Most of its theatres are cultural landmarks and artistic venues in their respective regions, with advanced hardware facilities and extensive operational experience. CPAA Theatres started its journey in Guangzhou at its inception and has cultivated a fruitful presence in the Greater Bay Area over the past decade. It has established a regional performance market landscape with Guangzhou and Shenzhen as axes, connecting Hong Kong and Macao, and radiating the country. At the same time, it has actively established layout of the “Arts on the Way” series of new performance spaces and small-to-medium-sized theaters, exploring new forms of performing arts and continuously improving the entire ecosystem of performing arts development.

演出运营方面,中演院线每年参与承办大量高品质演出、艺术节及文化品牌活动,如“广州艺术季”“两岸艺术节”“湾区国际戏剧生活季”“成都中演戏剧节”等,成功运营众多国内外经典与热门剧目,取得市场口碑双丰收。

With regard to theatrical operations, CPAA Theatres participates in organizing and hosting a large number of high-quality performances, art festivals and cultural brand activities every year, such as “Guangzhou Art Festival,” “Cross-Strait Art Festival,”  “International Theatre Life Season,” “Chengdu CPAA Theater Festival,” etc. It has successfully operated many classic and popular plays from home and abroad, winning both market recognition and commercial success.

内容制作是中演院线的核心优势之一。公司坚持“内容为王”,由旗下广州大剧院执行制作的首部原创歌剧《马可·波罗》,曾赴意大利巡演,用国际语言讲述中国故事,赢得业内很大反响。此外,通过“新精典IP工程”挖掘、延展优质文艺IP链条,打造了多部具有影响力的精品内容、经典IP改编舞台作品,如话剧《人世间》、舞台剧《活动变人形》《两京十五日》、音乐剧《雄狮少年》等。其中部分作品荣获多项业内大奖,并开展双语版本创作与境内外巡演,大力推动中华文化传播交流。

Content production is one of the core advantages of CPAA Theatres. The company adheres to the principle of “content is king.” The first original opera Marco Polo produced by CPAA Theatres’ subsidiary Guangzhou Opera House has toured Italy. It tells a Chinese story in an international way of expression and receives widespread acclaim within the industry. Furthermore, through the “Stage Legend of CPAA Theatres”, CPAA Theatres has explored and expanded the portfolio of high-quality literary and artistic IPs, created a series of influential original works and stage adaptations of classic IP, such as the drama A Lifelong Journey, the stage play HUO DONG BIAN REN XING, Goodfellas in 15 Days, and the musical I Am What I Am. Some of these works have won multiple industry awards and have been produced in bilingual versions and toured both domestically and internationally, vigorously promoting the dissemination and exchange of Chinese culture.

在国际交流方面,中演院线发起并运营“丝绸之路国际剧院联盟”,目前联盟成员涵盖全球五大洲多个国家和地区,成为具有国际影响力的多边演艺合作平台。通过举办年度会议、投洽会及各类交流活动,积极推动中华文化与世界文化的对话与合作。

In the field of international communication, CPAA Theatres initiated and operates the “Silk Road International League of Theatres” (SRILT). Currently, SRILT brings together members from multiple countries and regions across five continents, becoming a multilateral performing arts cooperation platform with international influence. Through holding annual conferences, Trade and Investment Fairs, and various exchange activities, it actively promotes dialogue and cooperation between Chinese culture and cultures around the world.

此外,中演院线以实际行动大力促进行业发展,积极参与主办或承办国家艺术院团优秀剧目展演及交易会、全国优秀剧目展演、旅游艺术节、中国国际青年艺术周、中国(广州)国际演艺交易会、中国国际服务贸易交易会——中国(北京)音乐产业大会等。

Furthermore, CPAA Theatres has taken concrete actions to vigorously promote the development of the industry. It has successfully hosted and undertaken a number of large-scale activities and art festivals, including Performance and Trade Fair for Outstanding Productions of National Art Troupes, national excellent play performances, tourism art festivals, the China International Youth Arts Festival, the China (Guangzhou) International Performing Arts Fair,  the China International Fair for Trade in Services—China (Beijing) Music Industry Conference, etc.

未来,中演院线将继续通过资源整合、跨区域合作与科技创新,不断提升社会效益与经济效益,坚持讲好中国故事,传播中国声音,加强与港澳台地区及国际间的文化互动,为推动中华文明传播力影响力的提升和全球文化产业的繁荣发展做出积极贡献。

In the future, CPAA Theatres will continue to enhance its social and economic benefits through resource integration, cross-regional cooperation and technological innovation. It will also be dedicated to presenting China’s stories and perspectives, fostering cultural interaction both within the country—between the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan— and with the international community, with the aim of enhancing the global influence of Chinese culture and promoting the prosperous development of the global cultural industry.
